The most organized and easiest to travel of all the wine routes, the Urla Bağ Yolu starts about an hour drive south of the city of Izmir and includes five members but other nearby wineries and restaurants should not be missed! Helpful signage guides visitors from one winery to another; none of which are far from the other.

Turkey is home to four official wine routes where travelers can visit wineries and enjoy the wine and food available at winery restaurants. Scroll down to explore more.
The smallest of the wine routes but by no means any less worth the trip, the Güney İzmir Bağ Rotası also baosts some of the most intersting and ancient ruins in Turkey like the city of Ephesus, a short seven kilometers away from one of the wineries.

İÇ EGE BAĞ ROTASI
The İç Ege Bağ Rotası (or Eastern Aegean Vineyard Route) is the newest of the four routes. It may be new but its members are enthusiastic and happy to welcome visitors!
